Cheshire Automotive Pageant

The weather didn’t quite get the memo—but that didn’t stop the Cheshire Automotive Pageant from delivering a standout day.

Held on Sunday 29th March at the stunning setting of Gwysaney Hall, the event brought together an incredible mix of automotive passion, community, and atmosphere. Yes, it was wet and windy for much of the day—but if anything, that only made the vibrant lineup of vehicles stand out even more. Bright supercars, timeless classics, and rugged 4x4s filled the grounds, cutting through the grey skies and drawing attention from every corner of the estate.

We were proud to be part of it, with Assetti Performance hosting our own stand showcasing a lineup we’re seriously passionate about. From precision performance to rugged capability, we had a bit of everything on display—including our Porsche GT3, McLaren 600LT, Ferrari FF, Aston Martin, alongside our Defender and Bronco builds. It was great to connect with so many people throughout the day, talk through our work, and share what we’re all about with fellow enthusiasts despite the conditions.

The venue itself played a huge part in the experience. The freshly trimmed grass and well-kept grounds gave the whole event a premium feel, while the layout made it easy to explore everything on offer. There was no shortage of things to do either—whether it was grabbing a bite from the wide variety of food vendors, checking out the dedicated motorbike track, or keeping the family entertained with a kids’ play area and live singers throughout the day.

Despite the challenging conditions, the turnout and energy never dipped. Enthusiasts, families, and exhibitors all embraced the day, creating a great atmosphere that proved events like this are about far more than just sunshine—it’s about the shared appreciation for incredible machines and the culture around them.

All in all, the Cheshire Automotive Pageant was a strong reminder that even under cloudy skies, the car community always shows up. And when the cars look that good, a bit of wind and rain doesn’t stand a chance.
