Exhaust valved – Porsche 911 (993 Turbo)

On the 993 Turbo, the muffler produces 70% of the sound level (the remaining 30% comes from the catalytic converters). This valve version delivers either a discreet or a sporty sound, switch-operated on this reference (remote version: SCA 993T 3 2 VT). Combined with sport catalytic converters, the sound takes on an incredible dimension with the valves open.

Fitting

• Strictly original interfaces (inlets, outlets, dimensions): direct replacement of the original part
• Mount directly after the catalytic converters
• Average fitting time: 8 hours including removal and the air and electrical harnesses. No need to remove the rear bumper
• A lift is essential: the mufflers come out from underneath
• Tighten all nuts progressively
• If your original mufflers are Gillet-style, get 2 olive gaskets and 2 Bischoff muffler clamps from Porsche
• Fitting kit included: stainless bolts, stainless lock nuts, high-temperature copper grease
