Its banana shape follows the original 911 muffler design, and its sound sublimates your flat-four with a deep, sporty voice, never overboard. Clearly our personal favourite for this fine car, too long overlooked.
Fitting
- Strictly original interfaces: direct replacement, no modification
- Mounts under the car, directly on the manifolds; fitting is fairly easy
- Average fitting time: 1 hour 30 minutes including removal (longer if the bolts are corroded). A lift is not essential but strongly preferable
- Tighten all nuts progressively
- Fitting kit included: gaskets, stainless bolts and nuts, high-temperature copper grease
