Removing the restrictive catalyst from any forced induction engine can yield impressive gains in horsepower and torque. With the positioning of the catalysts on the Porsche Boxer engine this is no exception. Expect an increase in horsepower, torque and turbo response.
Improved Sound
Removing the Catalysts and replacing with a larger diameter more free flowing straight pipe design will also improve the sound quality. Coupled with the factory exhaust system this modification gives the best of both worlds, quiet during low rpm cruising yet aggressive on wide open throttle.
