DEVELOPMENT:
Looking to turn up the power – or turn heads? HJS HD 200 cell catalytic converters allow for great flow without a check engine light! Co-developed with Gintani, these pipes were produced to support big power. As a result of the increased flow you’ll enjoy better turbo response and an increase in drivability! Expect extra pops and turbo sound more befitting of a performance vehicle!
CONSTRUCTION:
Each downpipe is made from mandrel bent .065″ wall, 3″ diameter T304L stainless steel tubing and CNC cut flanges. All welds are back purged for increased longevity under the most extreme conditions.
HJS CATALYSTS:
The highest quality catalytic converters available, known for their industry leading flow and durability. They are efficient enough to meet strict EURO 4 emission standards while still allowing for an increase in flow – all without a check engine light. The HD design uses premium triple foil winding for maximum strength. The brazing stripe is an extra feature in the interest of durability – it prevents the core from moving or experiencing any damage from sustained high horsepower abuse. We use a large and appropriately sized catalyst to allow for maximum gains – no compromises here!
BOLT ON AND GO:
Each set is built and tested in a fixture for perfect fitment – guaranteed. Every set is rigorously quality-checked prior to shipping and then foam packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. New high grade hardware is included to mate them to the exhaust.
