Sport Muffler with tailpipe – Porsche 968

On the 968, the muffler produces 80% of the sound level (the remaining 20% comes from the catalytic converter). This stainless steel version gives your 968 a sporty sound, and it is compatible with a sport catalytic converter which will add 20% more sound plus a handful of horsepower. The tailpipe, separate on the original, is included. On request we also build a version closer to stock, or a more radical one.

Fitting

• Strictly original interfaces (inlets, outlets, dimensions): direct replacement of the original part
• Mounts directly after the catalytic converter; removing the original is fairly easy
• Average fitting time: 1.5 hours including removal
• A lift is essential
• Tighten all nuts progressively
• Fitting kit included: hangers, stainless bolts, stainless lock nuts, high-temperature copper grease
