Valved Exhaust – Porsche 911 (993)

On the 993, the muffler produces 80% of the sound level (the remaining 20% comes from the catalytic converter). This valve version delivers either a discreet sound or a very sporty one – switch-operated on this reference, remote option available. Combined with a sport catalytic converter, the sound takes on an incredible dimension with the valves open.

Fitting

• Strictly original interfaces (inlets, outlets, dimensions)
• Mount directly after the catalytic converters
• Average fitting time: 8 hours including removal and the air and electrical harnesses. No need to remove the rear bumper
• A lift is essential: the mufflers come out from underneath
• Tighten all nuts progressively
