Defender 110 upgraded

We modify a lot of Defenders here at Assetti. Everything from mud flaps to full blown custom builds with wheels and seats. We offer a vast array of aftermarket parts to build your dream Defender. The most common upgrades are gloss black everything and whilst this does add a premium look to any Defender, it’s refreshing to have a silver Defender 110 land at our door with a request for wheels that aren’t all black.

This Defender 110 came to us brand new from a dealer with a brief of adding some upgrades to add a premium feel whilst retaining the overall visual of the car. The customer didn’t want to go crazy with lights and other additions. Instead they opted for some simple upgrades to add a touch of class to this already good looking Defender.

One of our most popular upgrades was first to be fitted, the LED grill light. This full replacement grill adds two LED lights into the front of the vehicle which are activated as daytime running lights. These are colour balanced to the headlights so when installed offer a seamless light across the entire front end.

This is a simple upgrade for owners looking to add a touch of class to the front of their Defender.

This Defender was fitted with the factory option 20″ wheels in black, these were replaced with 22″ RF108 wheels in 22″ with a much more aggressive ET and width. This gives increased road presence without compromising on ride thanks to the 22″ tyres fitted.

One of our most popular options also made it’s way onto this build, the gloss black wide arch package. These extended arches really help to give the Defender a wider stance and offer more protection to the vehicle. When paired with a wheel & tyre package, this arch upgrade completely transforms the entire road presence of a Defender.

The final result is a world of difference from when the vehicle first rolled into Assetti. This 110 is now a premium looking vehicle with some nice subtle modifications.
