Crafted from premium lightweight titanium, the Audi C8 RS6 / RS7 Evolution Line exhaust system boasts a specialised design featuring a central and dual side mufflers, alongside a titanium collector and larger stainless steel link pipes, customized flex tubes, and complete insulation at the downpipe connections. The side mufflers each possess a valve that moderates gas flow, contributing to the system’s impressive sound. The valves, as well as the active X-connection, are cast in-house at Akrapovič’s foundry. To cap off the system, unique tailpipes made from carbon fiber and titanium are utilized, with the handmade carbon fiber outer sleeve expertly aligned with the sandblasted and coated titanium inner sleeve, resulting in a powerful and sporty aesthetic.

This stunning system has been acoustically fine-tuned to deliver an aural delight at every rev point, with a range of low-down rumbles, strong mid-range sounds, and high frequency top-end notes that reflect Akrapovič’s racing heritage. Furthermore, every downshift triggers a sharp rumble, contributing to the system’s increased excitement without any unwanted drone or excessive noise.
Akrapovič conducted tests using its in-house dyno and an Audi RS 6 Avant (C8), comparing the Evolution Line exhaust system to the stock Audi Sport exhaust system. Under controlled conditions, the Evolution Line exhaust system delivered a power increase of 15.7 hp (m) at 6150 rpm and a torque boost of 17.9 Nm at 6150 rpm while reducing weight by over 20% compared to the stock system.

The system is ECE compliant, a serious performer in all areas, and can be further optimized with the optional Downpipe/Link Pipe Set (SS) and Akrapovič Sound Kit for more sound flexibility.
