Catalytic converters sport (200 cellules) for phase 1 – Porsche 911 (996 GT3)

This version is fitted with 200-cell sport metallic catalytic converters: they replace the original converters with better flow and more sound, with an 11 hp gain on a stock 996 GT3. The converter straps are included.

Fitting

• Strictly original interfaces (inlets, outlets, dimensions): direct replacement, no modification
• Mount under the car, between the manifolds and the rear mufflers
• Before removal, unplug the 2 Lambda sensors at the connectors and remove them once the converters are off. Reusing them is not straightforward: be ready to replace them
• It is often necessary to cut the sleeves at the converter outlets with a grinder: plan original spare sleeves
• Average fitting time: 3 hours including removal
• A lift is essential; tighten all nuts progressively
• Fitting kit included: gaskets, stainless bolts, stainless lock nuts, high-temperature copper grease
