Headers Inox – forged flanges – Porsche 911 (996 GT3)

These 100% stainless steel manifolds with forged stainless flanges replace the manifolds of the 996 phase 1 and 2. Their shape harmonises the sequencing – the consistency of gas volume once the gases meet in a single pipe.

Fitting

• Original interfaces: direct replacement of the original manifolds, no modification
• Mount between the engine and the catalytic converters. Corrosion on the existing manifolds makes removal time unpredictable: if removal goes smoothly (which never happens with original manifolds…), count 3 hours
• A lift is essential
• Tighten all nuts progressively, once everything is in place
• Fitting kit included: gaskets, tube nuts, stainless bolts, stainless lock nuts, high-temperature copper grease
